Web is so dynamic, if a concept is brought and if it becomes a success you can immediately see different clones of the same. But unfortunately the clones do not become a success.

What is amazing is if you look at all these sites someone or the other is using them, so many out there and so much people using every site.

Zoto is not the only photo hosting site that charges money for the services provided. Smug Mug is a 'pay-for-it' site, too. Flickr also has paid accounts. I suspect if you did some research you would realize that many photo hosting sites are 'pay-for-it' sites or are moving towards that kind of a business model.
