Project Management Tip #1

Well i have been a project manager for the past 3 years have learnt a lot (mostly through struggling and learning the hard way).

I though may be it is a good idea to depict what all i learnt in a funny way at the same time so that if you take it seriously you can be successful. So here it goes,

Project Management Tip#1:

Never ever start a project without properly allocated well trained experienced resources.
